Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced .NET Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Project Management
- Lead end-to-end software development initiatives, providing technical direction and oversight to development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, architecture, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage sprint planning, estimation, task allocation, and progress tracking using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Mentor and guide developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality benchmarks.
Solutions Architecture & Design
- Architect scalable, robust, and maintainable solutions using .NET Core/.NET 6 and modern engineering practices.
- Design microservices-based architectures and REST API integrations.
- Evaluate technical feasibility, propose solution alternatives, and ensure alignment with business and technical goals.
- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design specifications.
Application Development
- Develop and maintain applications using .NET Core/.NET 6 , C#, Web API, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Build responsive UI components using React and Kendo UI.
- Implement secure, reliable, and optimized code following industry best practices.
Database & Cloud Engineering
- Design and optimize relational databases using SQL Server.
- Develop complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning strategies.
- Implement cloud-based solutions using AWS services, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
DevOps & CI/CD
- Work closely with DevOps teams to define and implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Utilize GitHub for version control, code reviews, and release management.
- Support build automation, containerization, and environment setup.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8 years of software development experience, with at least 2–3 years in a technical lead role.
- Strong expertise in .NET Core/.NET 6 , C#, Web API, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, and Kendo UI.
- Proficiency in SQL Server database design and development.
- Experience working with AWS Cloud services.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, software engineering principles, and best practices.
- Experience with GitHub, version control workflows, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to API gateways, message queues, or event-driven architecture.
- AWS certifications or Microsoft certifications.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level security and compliance standards.
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
