Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Expert Guidance: Support customers via phone and email with new policy quotes and billing inquiries.
- Policy Management: Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates with precision.
- Problem Solving: Navigate underwriting questions and help clients understand their protection.
- Compliance Champion: Ensure all transactions meet industry regulations and internal quality standards.
Qualifications

Internet Service Requirements
All agents are required to have wired internet service installed directly into their home.
Examples of acceptable wired services include:
- Cable internet
- Fiber‑optic internet
- DSL broadband
Wireless-only internet services are not allowed.This includes:
- Cellular/mobile hotspots (4G, 5G, LTE)
- Fixed wireless internet
- Satellite internet providers (e.g., Starlink, HughesNet, Viasat)
Direct Ethernet Connection Requirement
The Qualfon computer must be plugged directly into your home router or modem using an Ethernet cable.
Wi‑Fi cannot be used at any point between the Qualfon computer and your internet service provider.This means:
- No wireless connection from the computer to the router
- No Wi‑Fi extenders, mesh systems, or boosters
- No cellular hotspots or any other wireless links
Both of the above requirements must be met.
Proof of internet service provider and service required upon hire.

- Compensation:
- Training Phase: $18.00/hr up to 64 hours
- Licensed Phase: $22.50/hr (upon passing the state exam)
