Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM, with Saturday hours from 6:00 AM-12:00 PM as needed (approximately 56 hours per week)
Starting Pay: From $33.00 per hour (higher starting pay available based on experience)

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machining & Programming Specialist to manufacture precision industrial components. This position combines CNC programming, machine setup, and machining responsibilities while producing high-quality parts that meet demanding tolerances.
The ideal candidate has experience programming and operating CNC lathes and mills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Primary Responsibilities
- Read and interpret machining blueprints and shop drawings
- Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and milling machines
- Create and edit G-code programs to support machining operations
- Work with CNC controls such as Fagor, Fanuc, Haas, and Heidenhain (experience with every control is not required)
- Machine parts to close tolerances, including measurements as precise as 0.0005 inch
- Inspect finished components using precision measuring equipment
- Use tools such as:
- Calipers
- Micrometers
- Dial bore gauges
- Produce accurate, high-quality machined parts while meeting production requirements
- Follow all shop safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required
- Maintain dependable attendance and work scheduled overtime, including Saturdays when needed
- Previous experience programming and operating CNC machining equipment
- Experience with CNC lathes and CNC mills
- Ability to read and interpret machining blueprints and technical drawings
- Working knowledge of G-code programming
- Strong understanding of precision machining techniques and quality standards
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work
- Ability to work safely in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment
- Experience with Fagor, Fanuc, Haas, or Heidenhain CNC controls
- Experience machining industrial equipment or custom manufactured components
- Familiarity with precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, and dial bore gauges
