$111,300.00 - $166,900.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. General Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop ATE test program and integrate various test functions in the test flow to support silicon bring up in NPI phase.
- Define RF test strategies, test plans and test procedures based on product specifications. Collaborate with design and qualification teams to align test objectives.
- Perform design characterization and validation on ATE across PVT and communicate the results and analysis to cross functional teams.
- Utilize ATE test tools and external instruments such as oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, VNA and logic analyzer to debug any issues.
- Support continuous improvement activities during and post NPI phase such as yield and quality.
- The candidate is expected to be self-driven to quickly get up to speed on various aspects of test developments
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics and computer Engineering is required. MSEE is preferred.
- Candidates with Analog circuits and RF knowledge are preferred.
- Candidates with ATE experience such as Teradyne or 93K are plus.
