Key Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of Support Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 5 years of Support Engineering or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years of Support Engineering or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

- Provide technical support to lab users and troubleshoot device or test equipment issues.
- Execute tests and accurately document results.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage procurement needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and assist in building lab test infrastructure.
- Manage lab inventory and ensure availability of necessary supplies.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and keep the lab clean and organized.
- Perform tasks requiring ladders and lifting equipment (3-4 kg).
- Support data capture for computer vision research.

- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
