Qualcomm Engineers collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high quality and capability air interface and modem that meet and exceed industry standards and customer requirements.
In this role, you will contribute to PHY layer modem firmware. TenX DSP low level ASM type optimized SIMD instruction set programming, Modem signal processing for Tx and Rx baseband chain, Modem control software orchestration, embedded firmware design with constrained MIPS and memory. Design for test and debug and test driven development. AI/ML native modem enhancements. Be a part of TenX DSP firmware development team and act as bridge with SI&T teams by developing efficient test methodology for modem DSP firmware. Work with system team to streamline the modem firmware test methodology. You will have the opportunity to contribute to ORAN and FAPI specifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 4 years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 3 years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 2 years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$148,300.00 - $222,500.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
