Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of IT-relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems).
OR
7 years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor's degree.
4 years of work experience with Full-stack Application Development (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
3 years of work experience with Data Structures, algorithms, and data stores.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Applies knowledge and experience to design, develop, create, modify, and validate software, applications, and/or specialized utility programs.
- Design and implement GenAI agents and applications.
- Develop and implement data pipelines, ensuring seamless integrations
- Design and implement APIs to make generative AI agents, data, and models accessible, adhering to software engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and business teams to implement GenAI solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI research and technologies, evaluating and adopting them to maintain our competitive edge.
- Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Participates in the design, coding for large features, unit testing, significant debugging fixes, and integration efforts to ensure projects are completed to specifications and schedules.
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of IT-relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MS) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or related field.
- 10 years of experience in software development, data science, data analytics, or related field
- Experience working with Patent systems
- Architecture and systems design expertise for distributed, event-driven, and API-first systems with strong reliability and security postures.
- LLM/AI ecosystem expertise: orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel), RAG/search patterns, evaluation/guardrails, vector indexing; experience standardizing agentic patterns at scale.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
- Strong technical depth in Languages/Frameworks: Python, Java, TypeScript, Angular / React and React Native for web.
- Data: SQL and NoSQL systems; Search/Elasticsearch (design, indexing, performance tuning).
- Cloud expertise / Certified - Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform
- Strong debugging and analysis skills, for root causing complex issues.
- High degree of autonomy in task management
- Experience working within large global matrix organizations.
