We're Hiring: Maintenance Manager – Food Manufacturing | Dallas, TX
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for equipment reliability and team development? Join our growing food manufacturing team in Dallas, TX as a Maintenance Manager and help drive performance, safety, and innovation—especially in packaging operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a team of supervisors and mechanics across all shifts.
- Drive uptime, equipment reliability, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Champion safety, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve operational challenges.
- Work closely with our customers engineering team on new equipment solutions and equipment installations.
- Manage relationships with vendors to provide cost effective solutions to OEM parts vendors.
- Experience with CMMS systems and optimizing maintenance effectiveness and cost of ownership.
- Drive equipment uptime through obtainment of PM completion rates
- Conduct training and development programs for maintenance staff.
- Maintain building and grounds to meet safety and operational standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Engineering, Operations, etc.).
- 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing; 4 years in leadership.
- Strong background in packaging equipment within food manufacturing.
- Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
- Proven project management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
