Location: Quakertown, PA
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $45,000–$160,000 per year, based on performance and commission

Quakertown Mitsubishi is looking for an energetic, motivated Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by achieving goals. Automotive sales experience is preferred, but candidates with strong sales or customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Spanish-speaking ability is required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in person, by phone, text, and email
- Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional dealership experience
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand each customer's needs and help match them with the right vehicle
- Present vehicle features, options, pricing, and available programs professionally
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Generate appointments through inbound and outbound phone calls, text messages, emails, and internet leads
- Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers using our CRM system
- Work with customers both in the showroom and outside on the dealership lot
- Create a smooth, exciting, and memorable vehicle delivery experience
- Work closely with sales managers, finance personnel, and other dealership departments
- Meet or exceed individual sales, activity, and gross-profit goals
- Maintain a positive, professional, and high-energy attitude
- Contribute to the overall success of Quakertown Mitsubishi by working collaboratively with customers and team members
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to set goals and stay motivated in a performance-driven environment
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, text, email, and in person
- Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and dealership technology
- Knowledge of automobiles is preferred
- Ability to provide an outstanding customer experience
- Spanish-speaking ability is required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule
- Ability to work both indoors in the showroom and outdoors on the dealership lot
