Quartz Luxury Windows by Quaker is looking for a driven Luxury Residential Sales Representative to lead our presence in the Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. territory. This is a high‑visibility, relationship‑focused role selling premium window and door solutions to luxury builders, architects, and dealers that service the Residential Luxury Fenestration space

What You'll Do
- Own and grow a luxury residential territory across Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C.
- Develop new business with high‑end architects, builders, dealers, and industry partners
- Strengthen and expand relationships with existing luxury accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor with deep product and technical expertise
- Conduct strategic, in‑person customer visits and jobsite support
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience
- Train customers on Quartz Luxury Windows by Quaker products, systems, and innovations
What We're Looking For
- 10 years of luxury window and doors sales experience
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong relationship‑building and presentation skills
- Comfort working with architects, builders, and high‑end dealers
- Ability to read architectural drawings and navigate jobsite environments
- Self‑motivated, organized, influencing, and results‑driven
- Willingness to travel daily within the territory
