The role
We are looking for a To-Go Specialist who is responsible for handling takeout and delivery orders from start to finish, ensuring every order is prepared correctly, packaged properly, and delivered with great hospitality. A successful To-Go Specialist takes pride in accuracy, communication, and creating a seamless off-premise experience for every guest.

What You’ll Do
- Receive, process, and accurately enter to-go and delivery orders through phone, online, and in-person channels.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
- Package food and beverages carefully to maintain quality, presentation, and temperature.
- Verify orders for accuracy before handoff to guests or delivery drivers.
- Provide friendly and helpful service to guests picking up orders or calling with questions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area and related stations.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Take initiative and look for ways to improve in your daily work.
- Put the team first, stay open to feedback, and lead with respect.
- Communicate thoughtfully and navigate situations with good judgment.
- No experience is required. Prior to-go experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
