What You'll Do:
- Build high-quality vinyl, wood, and aluminum windows and doors
- Operate modern manufacturing equipment (no experience needed - we train you)
- Perform quality checks and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with teammates to hit daily production goals
- Follow safety procedures to keep yourself and others protected
