We are currently looking for a friendly and fun Hostess to help support our Food and Beverage Team!

The Hostess supports the front-of-house dining experience by warmly greeting members and guests, assisting with table seating, managing to-go orders, and maintaining an organized and welcoming host stand. This role works under the direction of the Lead Hostess or MOD and helps ensure a smooth, professional service environment. When working alongside a Lead Hostess, this position focuses on seating assignments, walking members to their tables, and reinforcing the Club’s high standards of hospitality and cleanliness.
- This is a full-time position.
- Pay: $16.50/hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
- Escort members and guests to their assigned tables based on the floor plan and direction from the Lead Hostess or MOD.
- Answer phone calls and assist with basic reservation inquiries or to-go orders.
- Provide menus, share daily specials, and ensure guests are introduced to their server when appropriate.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized host stand and entryway.
- Monitor and restock host stand supplies, menus, and sanitation materials as needed.
- Support the Lead Hostess and service team in maintaining service flow during peak periods.
- Communicate special requests, seating preferences, or member feedback to the Lead Hostess or MOD.
- Complete daily opening and closing responsibilities as assigned.
- Attend scheduled food and beverage meetings and training sessions.
- Demonstrate professionalism and support a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Prior guest service/hosting experience preferred, private club or luxury environment a plus.
- Must demonstrate a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be organized, punctual, and detail oriented.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with team leadership.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak season.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Frequent reaching, bending, and light lifting (up to 25 pounds) required.
- Work is performed indoors in a member-facing dining area with moderate noise levels.
- Must maintain composure and a professional appearance during busy service hours.
