Job Overview
Excellent part-time opportunity - Saturday and Sunday 7am - 1pm.
The Hospitality Ambassador (Dining Server) will promote an environment which will enhance the dining and activity experience for residents in the Harbor. Position reports to the Life Enrichment Director and Food Service Director.
·Greets and interacts with residents in a manner to ensure a high level of hospitality.
Leads the Harbor dining meals, plating meals for service ensuring food is served neatly and attractively
Guided by the Food Service Director, understands the menus and specifics for each meals.
Provides activities with the residents in the Harbor between the breakfast and lunch meals.
Along with the Life Enrichment Director, plans and conducts daily activities as planned in both the Harbor and the Village.
Keep daily attendance and document residents’ participation in activities. Assist residents to and from program locations.
Ability to work effectively as a team member.
Help decorates the community for holidays and/or special occasions.
·Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
·Remain current with resident diet restrictions and roster
·Utilize safe food handling including temperature logs, glove use and thermometer use.
·Check catering board for resident events
· Knowledge of use of steamtable, toaster, microwave, stove/oven and hood exhaust a plus

Pay: From $17.17 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
