We are currently seeking a Medical Records/HR manager
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage employee files and a successful onboarding experience.
Processing payroll.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, labor laws and OSHA.
Administer benefits, payroll, and employee engagement programs
Entering medical records into Resident charts.
Obtaining medical records from Hospitals or other healthcare facilities.
Answering phone calls
Setting up Resident appointments and notifying families.
