Summary of Position:
Maintain Quail Run Association grounds by performing minor, extensive and routine up-keep on a continual basis.
Qualifications
- 0 – 7 years of experience
- Fertilizing and general grounds maintenance experience, preferred
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must have valid documents to work in the United States, we use E-Verify
Essential Duties
- Common Grounds
- Sweep all entrances
- Grass cutting
- Shrub trimming
- Empty trash cans located around plaza building
- Water plaza area
- Weed plaza planter beds
- Sweep all streets
- Hand water greens as needed
- Sweep underground parking area
- Prune plaza planter beds
- Power wash bricks and walls of Bar, Grill and Portal
- Mow lawns, operate weed eaters, mulch planter beds, and blowers
- Homeowner Requests
- Handle waters pots for Homeowners at plaza units, when requested
- Yard clean-up for Homeowners, when requested
- Clean shop and equipment

Physical Demands
Lifting 50 lbs. with frequent lifting and or carrying of objects weighing up to 30 lbs. Requires waiting, walking, or standing to a significant degree. Reaching, handling, cutting, trimming, pruning, etc.
