Quail Park Residences of Visalia Memory Care, part of the Living Care family, is seeking a reliable Dishwasher / Prep Cook (Kitchen Assistant) to support our dining team serving residents in a memory care environment.
This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe kitchen and assisting with meal preparation and service for older adults.
Key Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness of dish room and kitchen areas
Assist with basic food prep and meal tray setup
Dispose of garbage and recycling throughout shifts
Record dish machine temperatures and report issues
Support cooks and dining staff during meal service
Requirements
Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain)
CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
Ability to pass background check, TB test, and pre-employment screening
Strong reliability and teamwork skills
Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
