An established global manufacturer is partnering with us to identify a Purchasing Manager to help build and lead procurement operations at their U.S. production facility. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and driving cost-effective sourcing strategies in a hands-on environment.
What you’ll do:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost, quality, and availability targets are met
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and corporate teams
- Manage inventory levels and optimize purchasing processes
- Build strong vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance
- Identify cost savings and continuous improvement opportunities
- Support the development of a growing purchasing function
Well qualified candidates will have:
- Purchasing and supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- ERP system experience and solid organizational abilities
- Hands-on, self-starter mindset with strong communication skills
