What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member of Nontechnical Staff, Operations position at Quadrillion?
As a Member of Nontechnical Staff, Operations at Quadrillion, you'll be a jack-of-all trades in order to drive our company to success. This role is for people who are highly conscientious and able to think creatively/outside the box; you should be comfortable with doing (or at least interested in learning about) everything from marketing to finance to GTM.
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of work experience in a technical or strategy role
Exceptional conscientiousness and ownership
Creative, resourceful problem-solving in the face of ambiguity
Ability to move quickly in a zero-to-one environment
Preferred qualifications
Background in a top-5 consulting firm, or a similar generalist problem-solving environment (top-tier finance, high-growth startup ops)
Experience at an early-stage startup, especially in a founding or first-operations-hire capacity
Exposure to a technical or research-heavy domain
Strong writing and communication, and the judgment to represent Quadrillion externally

We're a team out of Stanford NLP, HRT, Citadel, Jane Street, Google Research, and Harvard Med, building for an audience that looks a lot like us. We've raised ~$18M from Conviction, Audacious, Bloomberg Beta, ex/ante, and angels including Wes McKinney, the creator of pandas. We're ~10 people in NYC, scaling to ~15 in the coming months.

Compensation Range: $175K - $350K
Salary : $175,000 - $350,000
