  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, investors, and legal advisors
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Support business development efforts by preparing presentations
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes
  • Contribute to firm-wide initiatives, including recruiting and training junior team members

Successful Associates excel in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, leading execution across multiple projects. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional professionalism, analytical ability, and attention to detail. Quadriga seeks energetic, self-motivated individuals with strong leadership skills, a top-tier academic background, and experience in healthcare investment banking.

Qualifications

  • 3 year of investment banking experience with a strong focus on healthcare transactions (required)
  • Proven ability to execute M&A and capital-raising transactions from start to finish

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Strong academic background, preferably with a degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Pitchbook, Bloomberg)
