About the Role
Associates at Quadriga work closely with senior bankers to support all aspects of deal execution. They are responsible for managing analysts across multiple transactions, ensuring seamless execution. This role offers significant responsibility across the full transaction process. This is not a rigid three-year program; high-performing Associates will be given the opportunity to be promoted to Vice Presidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate core deal execution across M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions
- Manage and mentor analysts, ensuring high-quality work and professional development
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, guiding them through the transaction process
- Oversee financial modeling, valuation analyses, and due diligence efforts
- Draft and refine marketing materials, pitch decks, and transaction-related documents
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, investors, and legal advisors
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Support business development efforts by preparing presentations
- Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives, including recruiting and training junior team members

Qualifications
- 3 year of investment banking experience with a strong focus on healthcare transactions (required)
- Proven ability to execute M&A and capital-raising transactions from start to finish
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including market trends, regulatory considerations, and key subsectors
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior bankers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, investors, and other stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
- Strong academic background, preferably with a degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Pitchbook, Bloomberg)
Compensation and Benefits
- The base salary range for this role is: $160,000-$200,000
