What It’s All About:
The Quadratec team comes to work every day with the goal of helping Jeep enthusiasts modify and repair their vehicles. You will be our front line! We are recruiting for a knowledgeable and reliable Jeep Specialist to join our fast-paced Contact Center. Ideal candidates will be the liaison between our company and our passionate customers. The successful candidate will accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, taking orders, and keeping customer satisfaction aut the core of every decision.
What You’ll Do:
Every day is a new challenge and might include:
- Responding to incoming calls, emails, and/or online chats from customers placing orders, inquiring about orders, or seeking product information
- Seizing opportunities to offer add-on or alternative products
- Building sustainable customer relationships by always going the extra mile
- Becoming a Jeep expert by staying current with industry trends and attending product training using real Jeeps
- Targeting qualitative and quantitative goals and metrics
What You’ll Need:
Not everyone can be a Jeep Specialist. We are looking for high-energy enthusiasts with:
Experience: Customer service experience preferred but not required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Skills:
- Jeep expertise a BIG plus
- Strong phone communication skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Consistent attention to detail and quality
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Flexibility with scheduling is preferred, as we will have an occasional need to cover evening and/or weekend shifts
