MUST:
Experienced Application Developer
Active DoD Secret Clearance
8 years of experience in software development / programming
5 years of developing with .NET and ASP.NET and C#
Experience with Azure base systems
Team Foundations Server
Experience with Dynatrace or similar data analytics platforms
Experience with STIGS
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
High attention to details
Highly analytical
Self-starter and able to work independently
Current Security ce certification
Able to get a GSEC or MS Azure Data Fundamentals (MCADF) certification within 6 months
Bachelor's Degree IT or Software Development
DUTIES:
The ideal candidate will support all software development and integration tasks for the mission applications, including ALERTS, ACIS, and DRS
This candidate will also be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, debugging, and implementing software
Designs, develops, and tests new application features, remediates defects, performs module integration, and validates system performance
Troubleshoots production problems relating to software applications
Help with the release/ implementation and testing
Apply coding and testing standards, security testing tools including "fuzzing" static-analysis code scanning tools, and conduct code reviews
Performs feasibility analysis on potential future project to management
Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on the development team
Participate in the development of software user manuals
Research, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on government requirements. Analyzes information to recommend, design, and plan development of new applications or modify existing ones
