Copy Center Operator

Pay From: $22.00 per hour
MUST:
Eligible for High level Public Trust Clearance (T3)
2 years of experience in related field
Experience processing request for printing
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Strong people skills and able to professionally communicate with high level government officials
Strong customer service
Hight attention to details
Candidate must be willing to HDI-CSR certification within 90 days of start (Re-imbursed)
High school Diploma or higher level of education
DUTIES:
Ideal candidate will work in the Printing center for Government client and be responsible for handling incoming request and print jobs
Candidates will be responsible for the basic maintenance and operation of high-speed digital multifunctional printers
Candidates' jobs will include handling of requests for printing, help with the Binding and distribution and multiple media art from various sources for complex requirements
Adjust and operate power staplers, multi-head drills, paper cutter, and various binding equipment
Operate and perform adjustments and minor repairs on a wide assortment of printing and binding equipment
Maintain job production records specifying quantity, production times, and material used
Complete requisition forms when supplies are needed
Maintain records related to machine maintenance and down-time
Ensure equipment, supplies, and other associated materials are available so that the operation is ready to meet requests for publishing services
Schedule document production based on end user requests to ensure timely completion of end user requirements
Ensure that all customer specifications are met and that the customer and Copy Center Manager are kept up to date on the job's progress
