MUST:
Active DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance
Experienced SharePoint Architect
10 years of experience developing in SharePoint and creating and designing databases
4 years of SharePoint Architecture experience
Experience with development languages .NET, C#, and JavaScript in SharePoint environment
Heavy experience with SharePoint Development and SharePoint Designer workflows
Extensive knowledge of SharePoint 2010, InfoPath, SharePoint Designer and Workflow Foundation
Experience with data migrations into SharePoint systems
Experience in analyzing and consulting alternative solution(s) for SharePoint a plus
Cloud Services and Computing, Mobile Platforms and Applications, Large-scale storage systems experience would be a plus
Extensive knowledge of the DoD risk management and cyber-security considerations for the deployment of commercial tools and applications
Experience in development, configuration, implementation, and maintenance SharePoint and knowledge management system
Familiar with various HR IT solutions like Level or Sapling is desired
Advanced MS Word skills; proficient PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook application
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work well with a variety of people both technical and non management and staff
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
Strong documentation skills
Current SharePoint or MS computing certifications
Bachelors degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience required
DUTIES:
Will work with Senior management for the DoD's HR division and help identify and assess appropriate technology solutions to support of the entire HR-lifecycle
Help to analyze, outline, design, and create a custom solution that can grow with the agency to track and manage HR processes going forward
Able to architect, design, document and implement end to end solutions based on customer requirements
Provide Subject Matter expertise to Senior Leadership
Provide knowledge based direct for SharePoint platform and experience with enterprise projects on SharePoint including intranet and extranet portals as well as external web sites
Help analyze various solutions to see if/how they will fit within the scope of the project
Help develop custom SharePoint solutions using seeded functionality (workflows, web parts, etc.) as well as custom solutions using .NET & SharePoint 2010 development strategies
