MUST:
Experienced Nurse Practitioner
3 plus years of professional experience
2 years of hands-on functional medicine required
Must have active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Virginia
Must have experience with IV therapies and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)
Must have strong communications skills and an open minded approach to patient care
Must stay current with integrative medicine advancements
DUTIES:
Deliver comprehensive integrative and functional medicine consultations, along with ongoing patient care.
Create individualized treatment plans that blend conventional medical approaches with evidence-based alternative therapies.
Administer and supervise IV therapy services, including high-dose Vitamin C and a variety of wellness infusions.
Oversee and support patients receiving Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT).
Contribute to the assessment and management of complex health conditions, including Lyme disease.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary wellness team to ensure a cohesive and high-quality patient experience.
Maintain thorough clinical documentation and adhere to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and patient care.
