Role Description The Admissions Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton, FL, responsible for guiding prospective clients and their families through the admissions process. This position manages incoming inquiries, conducts initial screenings, gathers required clinical and insurance information, and coordinates admission details with treatment centers. The role includes explaining program options and costs, verifying benefits (including Medicare where applicable), and ensuring accurate documentation in the admissions system. The Admissions Coordinator collaborates with clinical, billing, and operations teams to support timely, appropriate placements and a smooth transition into care. This role also helps maintain updated intake procedures, participates in staff training, and supports a compassionate, professional experience for all clients.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Medicare and other insurance processes to accurately verify benefits and discuss coverage options.
