Role Description This full-time, remote Major Account Executive role is responsible for developing and closing new business with strategic and enterprise-level accounts. The Major Account Executive will identify and qualify opportunities, lead consultative sales cycles, and present Quadient’s communication and automation solutions to senior decision-makers. Day-to-day activities include prospecting key accounts, managing a robust sales pipeline, preparing and delivering tailored demos and proposals, and negotiating complex contracts. The role will collaborate closely with sales engineering, marketing, customer success, and product teams to align solutions with customer needs and ensure a positive buying experience. The Major Account Executive will also monitor market trends, maintain accurate CRM records, and achieve or exceed assigned revenue and performance targets.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in enterprise or major account sales, including prospecting, opportunity qualification, and pipeline management.
- Demonstrated strength in consultative selling, solution selling, and presenting to C-level or senior business stakeholders.
- Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Ability to understand and articulate SaaS, automation, or business communications technologies in business value terms.
- Strong business acumen with experience selling into industries such as financial services, insurance, utilities, or other highly regulated sectors.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and standard sales productivity tools for forecasting and activity tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working remotely while collaborating with distributed teams.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, events, and internal team sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
