Key Responsibilities: · Develops test strategies and plans on cross-functional, enterprise-level projects or programs with very high level of complexity. · Leads a matrixed team of QA Analyst by developing testing plans, tracking progress and directing execution of project-based QA strategies and plans. · Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan for applications. · Execute on test strategies and test plans aimed to observe, test, diagnose, and report defects in the software. · Execute manual or automated test cases and document test results. · Communicate status of testing activities and test results to project and organizational leadership. · Work directly with stakeholders to ensure that deliverables meet functional and design specifications, requirements and acceptance criteria. · Work collaboratively with software development staff on medium to high complexity departmental and cross-departmental projects. · Adhere to Agile software development practices. · Contribute to development of quality assurance and testing standards to improve overall testing practices in a fast-paced, changing environment. · Stay connected with new and enhanced application features and functions in order to conduct effective end to end testing to ensure the stability and quality of releases. · Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other related degree · Minimum of 2-4 years relevant QA technical work experience (this is a hands-on lead position) · Software and API testing experience required - including writing test strategies, test plans, and test scripts, and documenting test results · Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience in a .NET development environment · Knowledge of various testing methodologies, testing tools, and test types · Strong technical skills · Strong attention to detail · Ability to maintain confidentiality Salary Range: $85k-$95k |
