Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Plano, TX for a Loan Officer Assistant. As a Loan Officer Assistant, you will support loan officers in customer interactions, assist with document preparation, and ensure compliance with lending guidelines. You will manage loan files, provide timely communication to clients and partner with underwriting to process loan applications efficiently. Excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to manage deadlines are essential in this position.
Qualifications
- Experience in working with Loan Officers and familiarity with the Mortgage Industry
- Demonstrated skills in providing excellent Customer Service
- Knowledge of Underwriting processes and related guidelines
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using loan processing software and Microsoft Office tools
- Effective time management and organizational ability
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the mortgage or financial services sector
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in finance or real estate are a plus
