Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Account Manager, based in Dallas, TX. The Field Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing accounts in the assigned territory by building and managing client relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, and engineering teams. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, providing technical solutions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the successful integration of electronic and electromechanical components. This position combines sales, account management, and technical consulting to support customers and drive business development within the region.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and account management skills, including client engagement, relationship-building, and territory planning
- Understanding of electronic and electromechanical components, with the ability to provide technical solutions and facilitate design-in processes
- Experience in industries such as industrial automation, military and defense, aerospace, telecommunications, or energy is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage accounts within the South-Central region, with proficiency in local market knowledge
- Proficiency in CRM tools and software for tracking and managing client interactions
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
