Account Executive (Respiratory Sales)
Salary: Up to $90,000 Per Year Generous Uncapped Commission Scheme
Job Type and Location: Full-Time - Columbia, SC
Are you a driven medical sales professional with experience in respiratory services, homecare, DME, infusion, or healthcare sales? We’re seeking an ambitious and relationship-focused Respiratory Sales Representative to join a growing healthcare organization specializing in respiratory products and services.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys building strong referral partnerships, and has a proven ability to grow territory revenue through strategic business development and exceptional client service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive sales growth of respiratory products and healthcare services across assigned territory
- Build and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, health systems, and referral sources
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase referrals and revenue
- Support implementation of clinical programs and territory growth initiatives
- Conduct presentations, in-services, and educational meetings with healthcare professionals
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with Clinical Respiratory Liaisons and internal teams to maximize market performance
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue goals
- Develop strategic territory marketing plans aligned with company objectives
What We’re Looking For
- Previous medical sales experience required
- Experience selling respiratory services or working with health systems preferred
- Background in Homecare, DME, Infusion, Home Health, or related healthcare industry strongly preferred
- Respiratory Therapist background or current Respiratory Care Practitioner licensure is a plus
- Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset
- Proficient with PC systems, email communication, and electronic documentation
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
