QUAD Construction is seeking a capable Project Manager to oversee the production and successful completion of large-scale construction projects. We’re looking for a multi-tasker with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills who can effectively lead both internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the project team to establish scope, schedule, and budget at the start of each project.
- Manages, monitors, and controls each phase to ensure efficiency and alignment with client expectations.
- Creates project plans, delegates responsibilities, and supervises staff and subcontractors.
- Develops and maintains project schedules and budgets, with ongoing monitoring to avoid delays.
- Leads project meetings, reviews schedules, and prepares detailed progress reports.
- Builds and maintains strong, professional relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Ensures all safety, quality, and regulatory standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of construction industry experience in roles with responsibilities equivalent to those listed above.
- Strong knowledge and comprehension of construction drawings and documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam; knowledge of Sage Timberline preferred.
