Who We Are

- Ketamine infusion therapy and Spravato® for treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, and anxiety

What You’ll Do
- Administer and monitor IV infusions, injections, chelation, ozone, and ketamine treatments
- Conduct pre-treatment patient assessments and vital sign monitoring
- Provide compassionate, trauma-informed patient care and education
- Collaborate directly with our CRNA and DNP leadership
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Contribute to a calm, healing, patient-centered environment
What We’re Looking For
- Active Iowa RN license in good standing
- IV/infusion experience strongly preferred — ICU, PACU, ED, infusion clinic, or similar
- Behavioral health, mental health, or functional medicine background a plus
- BLS/CPR required; ACLS preferred
- Warm, empathetic bedside manner — our patients are often vulnerable and have been through a lot
- A genuine belief in whole-person, integrative care
