Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role located in Malta, OH. The Receptionist will manage the front desk, greet visitors, handle inquiries, and oversee a range of administrative and office tasks. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing mail, maintaining office supplies, and supporting staff with day-to-day administrative needs. Exceptional communication and organization are key to ensuring the front desk operates efficiently in a professional office environment.
