Position Title:Full-Time BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Location:PreSchool and Quaboag Regional Middle High School
Reports To:Director of Student Support
Qualifications:
●Master’s degree
●Public school experience
●BCBA certificate or LABA
Responsibilities:
-Working collaboratively with administration, teaching staff, and families to support children with behavioral needs
-Oversight of student behavior plans, including regular consultation with a student's team members
-Conducting assessments, writing IEP goals, attending IEP meetings
-Ongoing data collection and training of staff to track data on students
-Presentation of data showing progress on identified areas of need per student's Behavior Support Plans
-Other responsibilities as determined by the Director of Student Services
The Quaboag Regional School District is seeking a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) who is knowledgeable and experienced to support our students with various disabilities at Quaboag Regional Integrated Preschool. This position will require conducting Functional Behavioral Analysis, writing and updating behavior support plans, taking data, and training staff on implementing behavior support plans and working with students using DTT (Discrete Trial Teaching) methodology.
Salary: As per agreement between Quaboag Regional School District and the QEA
