What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Nutrition Team Member - QRMHS position at Quabbin Regional School District?
The Quabbin Regional School District is seeking School Nutrition members in the Quabbin Regional School District for the 2025/2026 school year.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 1:00pm
Duties include:
1. Assist in preparation of meals and serving of meals in a fast-paced setting
2. Serve food as directed to meet the recipe specifications, and state and federal regulations
3. Assist in cleaning the kitchen daily
4. Maintain established departmental and district policies and procedures, objectives, health and safety standards, and HACCP standards
5. Encourage and facilitates cooperation, pride, and trust in the working with others to achieve goals
6. Participate in unit meeting, in-service training, workshops, etc.
7. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of Food and Nutritional Services.
8. Must run POS (Point of sale/computer) independently.
9. Must assist with orders and inventory
10. Must be Servsafe Certified and Allergy Aware Certified, or obtain certifications within 1 year of employment.
11. Must be reliable. Follows school schedule. Start time hours remain the same on school delays due to weather etc.
The physical demands include: continuous standing, frequent walking, and frequent lifting of objects up to 40 lbs.
Salary : $18 - $20
