1.Experience in grounds maintenance and custodial2.Responsible to maintaining assigned areas; in the buildings and the grounds. 3 Responsible for maintaining daily assigned areas in a neat, clean, and sanitary manner, in keeping with District-Wide standards of excellence.4. Must have the ability to use various types of cleaning products and equipment, both powered and non-powered, and must be able to move furniture out of classrooms and offices and move back.5.In keeping with District-Wide standards of excellence, must be able to do half the day of custodial duties and half a day of snow removal of driveways and sidewalks, minor building repairs.6. Must have the ability to use various types of grounds and custodial equipment, both powered and non-powered.7.
