Line Cook - Qua Pizza

Qua Pizza is hiring an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant and has experience preparing classic Italian dishes. The ideal candidate can multitask, stay organized during busy service, and work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute classic Italian dishes
• Cook pastas and sauces to order
• Prepare chicken dishes
• Build hot Italian heroes
• Prepare salads and other menu items
• Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized station
• Complete prep and restocking as needed
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service

What We're Looking For

• Previous line cook or Italian restaurant experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Able to follow recipes and maintain consistency
• Reliable and punctual
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Available to work evenings and weekends
