Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and reservations with precision and professionalism
- Assist with food preparation, packaging, expo, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, also opportunity to learn.
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Excellent people skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking seamlessly
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; a passion for the food industry is essential
- Excellent communication skills to engage guests confidently and professionally
