Job Summary: As a Construction Manager, you'll spearhead the planning, execution, and oversight of projects within our construction company. Collaborating with management, you'll define project scopes, develop detailed work plans, and allocate resources efficiently. Monitoring progress closely, you'll adjust schedules as needed and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Your role will also involve reading and implementing project drawings, managing construction schedules, and ensuring adherence to specifications. With proficiency in essential software and a knack for multitasking, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment, contributing to the success of our civil construction endeavors.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management to define project scopes and objectives.
• Develop detailed work plans that identify and sequence the activities required for project completion.
• Determine the resources, including time, money, and equipment, needed for each project.
• Create project schedules that effectively allocate resources and meet project deadlines.
• Review project schedules with management and relevant staff, adjusting as needed.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
• Establish a communication schedule to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
• Read and implement project drawings and specifications.
• Manage construction schedules for each site, considering various factors such as permitting, materials availability, and contractor schedules.

Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. 5 years of wireless construction experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to transport items up to 15 pounds.
• Must be able to conduct field work at various locations.
