Location: Roles are onsite in Aurora, IL and will move to Batavia, IL around fall 2026.

Responsibilities
As part of QT9's Leadership Team, guide Devs by assigning tasks, conducting code reviews, and setting coding standards for complex projects. Collaborate with other Dev Leads, Product Managers, Quality Control, and IT Security to align product features with goals, ensure quality releases, support infrastructure needs, and mentor Devs though professional growth. Responsibilities also include 1:1s and performance evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7 years of .NET development.
- 1- 3 years Lead/Supervisory roles.
- 1.5 years of ERP development experience.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC/WEB FORMS, .NET Core, and SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Salary : $95,000 - $145,000
