This is a full-time remote role for a Service Engineer / ATM Technician based in Marquette, MI. The primary responsibilities include performing maintenance and repair tasks on ATMs and related banking equipment, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing on-site field service support. The role also requires effective communication with clients and team members to ensure that service requests are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
- Experience in Field Service and on-site equipment servicing
- Effective Communication skills for client interaction and issue resolution
- Knowledge and experience in Technical Support and resolving customer concerns
- Ability to perform Maintenance & Repair tasks on ATMs and other banking equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory
- Previous experience in the banking or financial equipment industry is a plus
- Relevant technical certifications or training are preferred but not required
