What You'll Do
- Complete our CNC Machinist training program to expand your technical expertise.
- Run multiple CNC machines and perform accurate measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other tools.
- Carry out daily machine inspections, check coolant levels, and interpret blueprints to meet exact specifications.
- Track machine time, maintain accurate part counts, and complete required documentation (scrap tags, part cards) daily.
- Keep your workspace clean and organized through daily 5S practices.
- Support your team lead and take on additional duties as needed.
What You Bring
Education & Knowledge
- Must be High School Student
- Ability to read and perform basic math (8th‑grade level or higher)
Skills & Abilities
- Comfortable working in a professional manufacturing environment with exposure to Controls, Instrumentation, Mechanical Inspection Tools, and Equipment Maintenance.
- Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving
- Good judgment and job knowledge
- Basic computer & math skills
- Clear communication
- Ability to multitask effectively
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed
