• Assist in managing multiple Airbnb listings, ensuring smooth daily operations, optimizing property visibility, and maintaining positive customer reviews.
• Handle customer bookings, improve online visibility of listings, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a high percentage of repeat guests.
• Regularly update and optimize listing descriptions to enhance appeal and attract more potential customers.
• Address and resolve customer complaints quickly, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Position Requirements:
• No prior Airbnb experience required; full training will be provided.
• Strong communication and learning abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
