The Job
- Read and understand the guidelines of the study protocols.
- Perform venipuncture.
- Process samples according to protocol specifications
- Perform and record daily and monthly maintenance of the laboratory equipment and take corrective actions if necessary.
- Verify all reagents and materials expiration dates.
- Perform and record daily and monthly maintenance of the laboratory equipment and take corrective actions if necessary.
- Follow the laboratory procedures for specimen handling and processing.
- Any other tasks as requested by the Manager/Supervisor of Laboratory Services.
Requirements
- Must have current high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Clinical research experience preferred.
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
