QPS is hiring a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Missouri!

In this role, you will work closely with Principal Investigators and Clinical Operations leadership to support the execution of clinical trials in compliance with FDA, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines. You will play a key role in managing investigational products, supporting pharmacy operations, maintaining compliance, and helping ensure the safe and successful conduct of clinical research studies.
What you'll do:
- Oversee receipt, storage, dispensing, accountability, and documentation of study medications
- Maintain investigational product inventory and ensure compliance with protocol and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and document medication-related events and communicate with the study team as appropriate
- Support occasional compounding activities in accordance with study requirements and applicable standards
- Train and support research staff on study-specific pharmacy procedures
- Participate in sponsor visits, monitoring visits, and audits
- Collaborate with clinical operations, investigators, and study teams to support successful trial execution
What we're looking for:
- State Registered Pharmacist licensure required
- Clinical research experience helpful
- Strong understanding of FDA/GCP/ICH guidelines
- Experience in hospital, clinical, or research pharmacy environments helpful
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; good monitoring and documentation skills needed
