Position Title: Shipping/Packaging Associate
Wage: $21.00 per hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 5:00am-3:30pm or 6:00am-4:30pm

Shipping/Packaging Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Package finished products for shipment, including shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling, and preparing materials for transportation.
- Verify product weights and dimensions and communicate shipping information to the logistics team.
- Stage completed products for loading and shipment.
- Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production areas.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Move incoming materials to designated staging and storage locations.
- Ensure all finished goods are clearly identified and properly stored.
- Inspect products and materials for damage and maintain quality standards.
- Review daily production schedules and shipping priorities with management.
- Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation accurately.
- Follow all company safety procedures, SOPs, GMP guidelines, and warehouse best practices.
Shipping/Packaging Associate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of forklift experience required.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or packaging experience preferred.
- Experience operating material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle products throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
