- Oversee recruiting, payroll, employee relations and performance management.
- Support safety efforts and training sessions.
- Ensure company compliance with state and federal laws.
- Collaborate with company leaders and lead strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong employee relations experience.
- Safety experience preferred.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- SHRM certification a plus.
