Position Title: General Production
Wage: $19.50 per hour
Shift: 2nd or 3rd
Hours: 3:00pm-11:00pm or 11:00pm-7:00am

General Production Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Loading and unloading parts on machining lines
- Inspecting parts to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Reviewing and following process instructions, quality alerts, and production requirements
- Removing flash and performing basic finishing activities as required
- Processing, certifying, and packaging finished parts
- Completing production tags and related documentation accurately
- Monitoring scrap requirements and quality standards at the start of each shift
- Communicating production, quality, or equipment concerns to supervision
- Following all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Maintaining clean and organized work area
General Production Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work in hot temperatures; frequent walking, bending, twisting, lifting, and carrying (up to 50 pounds) throughout shift
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in fast-paced, repetitive environments
- Working knowledge of grinders, sanders, hand tools, and inspection and packaging equipment (or willingness to learn)
