Construction Laborers at Next Level Technician support commercial and industrial projects, including data centers, schools, hospitals, office buildings, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and other large-scale job sites. Responsibilities:
- Support daily construction activities including site cleanup, material handling, and staging materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople and supervisors with various job site tasks
- Learn and perform basic low-voltage installation support, including pulling cable, labeling, and organizing materials
- Follow all site safety procedures and properly utilize required PPE
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Use basic hand tools and assist with installation tasks as directed
- Take direction, receive training, and continue developing construction and technical skills
Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools
- Interest in building a long-term career in construction or low-voltage trades
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various job site conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
